Positives:
We love the location of the hotel, the warehouse district has so many wonderful restaurants. And it is very walkable to the French Quarter and the Riverwalk mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet and bar tender. At check in the front desk clerk upgraded our room when I told him we were there celebrating our anniversary. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable The happy hour glass of wine in the lobby was a perfect start to the evening. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great Nola hotel has it...
Positives:
This is my second time staying here and it's been consistently excellent each time. The front desk guy was great at check in and it's got just a really great vibe. Rooms are clean and have a cool New Orleans flair to them with skull wallpaper and curtains. The air conditioner works great and I didn't think once about wishing there was a ceiling fan.

We loved the property, we arrived early and were greeted by Sharon at the front desk and she was sweet, helpful and accommodating when we arrived. The location was perfect for the things we had planned for our trip.
