Positives:
The front desk staff, they put us into a new room immediately when told about the blood stains on the bed and floor.
Negatives:
The manager not answering when called. Was on hold for about 30 mins. I emailed the Manger pictures of blood on the bed, floor, and curtains. I then called the next day, due to no mangers being there. It has been 48hours and no response. The blood was found at 12am when going to bed. You'd have to look for it in order to see it. There was no hand soap in the original room, no mini fridge, the phone didn't work to call the front desk, all the soap dispensers were also out as well.

I was charged for valet which I didn’t ask for nor use. I paid for public parking overnight with no in and out bc I didn’t need it and needless to say I don’t like anyone in my car.

No hot water on some days, with no offer to discount stay. Load speakers on outside blasting throughout night. Hard to sleep with this music on. No room microwave.garbage can placed outside room left for many hours before emptying. I called to inquire if I could stay another night due to the storm’s , I was told that they could not give a military discount?? The hotel wasn’t even going to have hot water, but I had no choice if the storm’s we’re going to get worse. My husband was upset that they didn’t respect our veterans who served so he said we can go somewhere else if we need too. Will not be back to this hotel. Staff were nice
