Staff. Valet was exceptional.

Bath towels had black handprints on them. Toilet chain was broken and would not flush properly. 3 stars so we were a little leary. Overall it was a good stay. Bed frame at bottom also had a huge stain.

Small room, some weird stain in the bathroom on the wall (blood?) no fan in the bathroom, very bad airflow in the room.

The front desk staff, they put us into a new room immediately when told about the blood stains on the bed and floor.
Negatives:
The manager not answering when called. Was on hold for about 30 mins. I emailed the Manger pictures of blood on the bed, floor, and curtains. I then called the next day, due to no mangers being there. It has been 48hours and no response. The blood was found at 12am when going to bed. You'd have to look for it in order to see it. There was no hand soap in the original room, no mini fridge, the phone didn't work to call the front desk, all the soap dispensers were also out as well.

I was charged for valet which I didn’t ask for nor use. I paid for public parking overnight with no in and out bc I didn’t need it and needless to say I don’t like anyone in my car.
