The hotel is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful! It's within walking distance of pretty much everything. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in New Orleans!

We were there for 3 nights, and never once had hot water. Staff said it was being fixed on our second day, but it wasn’t. Not staff’s fault (obviously). Everything else was great!
