If you’re here for peace and solitude, you’re in the wrong hotel. We heard the drunk neighbors about 12am, loud sirens several times, and multiple gun shot spurts twice during the night, even on the 12th floor. But if you here for a good time at the heart everything and to feel the heartbeat of New Orleans, you got it!! I love this hotel. The customer service was excellent especially the bellhops and valet. The parking was typically priced for New Orleans but covered and secured as I had inventory in the bed of my truck that I was concerned over until speaking with valet. I am a returning customer and will return again.

Booked an accessible room. Was not accessible at all. Toilet was made for a kindergarten, Had to help wife get up from toilet. (was extremely low to floor). Bed was very hard and extra tall. Had to lift my wife up into bed. Not worth the price.
