It was dirty , check in line was long took over an hour to check in and only one employee, it was loud and it smelled like marijuana everywhere they were parties in my floor and no one did anything to stop it it was loud

If you’re here for peace and solitude, you’re in the wrong hotel. We heard the drunk neighbors about 12am, loud sirens several times, and multiple gun shot spurts twice during the night, even on the 12th floor. But if you here for a good time at the heart everything and to feel the heartbeat of New Orleans, you got it!! I love this hotel. The customer service was excellent especially the bellhops and valet. The parking was typically priced for New Orleans but covered and secured as I had inventory in the bed of my truck that I was concerned over until speaking with valet. I am a returning customer and will return again.

The wait to check in was a little lengthy but valet was extremely accommodating while I checked in.
