Negatives: We were happy with our stay and don’t have any complaints

Negatives: This hotel is NOT pet friendly. We arrived at the hotel, unpacked our bags, and went to get something to eat. We were gone about 15 minutes, when I received a call from John at the hotel that my dog was barking and I needed to come back to the hotel to calm him down. I told him that we had just sat down to eat. He told me I needed to come back after we ate. I said “ok thank you” and then he HUNG UP on me. We finished eating, walked back to our car, and came back to the hotel. We were out for less than two hours. When we got back to our room, the keys would not work. The dog had stopped barking by this time, but I’m realistic that he probably did bark intermittently. We walked down to the lobby and the front desk person got John. He told us our dog was barking and that we had to take him with us or we needed to check out. I was in town for a conference. I can’t take the dog to it! He also said he could have CHARGED us for lost revenue from the dog, but he wouldn’t do that. My husband was so mad at the lack of customer service that he said we would check out. It was literally the worst hotel experience I ever had. It’s hard to put into words just how unfriendly this man was…especially to a family with children. What is the point of being a pet friendly hotel? You have to accept that dogs are going to bark here and there if you allow them. I had to take my husband and three children to another hotel. We ended up staying at the Hyatt Place, saved a bunch of money, and had no issues!

Negatives: Was a very busy location, traffic a nightmare at times, hot tub didn’t work 2 nights we were there, food quality lacking most likely due to high volume they put out (compared to the other drurys we stayed at during same vacation with same food), dining room can be very busy at times with no tables free, people smoke outside eventhough it says no smoking, street car goes by every few minutes and you can hear it from the room pretty loud -not good if you’re a light sleeper

Negatives: The bathroom grout was black in places and I could smell the mold/mildew. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. It was a bummer when most everything else was great. Room 722
