The staff was very rude except for 1 lady. We were checking in late so I called a week before to let them know and was told they wouldnt guarantee we had a room. They tried to charge me a higher rate and werent eager to help bc I booked thru a 3rd part

Valet parking was full throughout the stay. Street parking was also full. Had to park .25 miles away in a private garage. Door to the bathroom was broken. Front desk was under staffed for the number of guests they had resulting long wait times.

House keeping did a horrible job cleaning room they left trash in the floor dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I had to go buy my own toilet paper because the hotel did not have any. Bathtub drain clogged. The hoteloutdated hotel needs renovation.

Not really. Pretty basic hotel and it was under refurbishment. The area had a few restaurants nearby.

Our original room key would not open our door, but for some reason it would open any other door in the hotel. Which I brought to the front desk clerks attention, and he made us a new room key that did work.
