Positives:
Free parking for our cruise was such a blessing! The staff was amazing--very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were quite large. There was a kitchenette, but you should probably bring your own cooking supplies and utensils. I felt very safe here.
Negatives:
It's definitely an aging hotel, but owners appear to be trying their best to upkeep it. I had no issues whatsoever with the cleanliness.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Federal City Inn but especially the courtesy and professionalism at the front desk. She said her name was Brandy, she was extremely helpful. She gave me immediate assistance when I had technical difficulties while watching TV. Then checked on me to make sure I was ok. These are the "big," little things that makes all the difference. Because of the way I was treated I give Federal City Inn high recommendations.

Great location, but needs better cleaning standards for their rooms and bathrooms.
Positives:
Friendly helpful staff. First day our t.v. was goofed up, 2 different front desk ladies came to room and worked on it until they got it straightened out. Housekeeping was great, friendly, helpful. Laundry area very convenient.
Negatives:
Both snack and pop machines were being phased out.

The room was large and had a kitchenette which was nice. Room cleaners came by everyday to ensure that we did not need anything. The beds were comfy as well.
Negatives:
The attendants at the front desk were not professional. I spent most of my time looking for the attendant and trying to get their attention because they were too busy on the phone. When I went to check out there was again no attendant in sight so i had to just leave my card and call later so I wouldnt miss my flight.
