I would never stay there...
Positives:
Good and quiet location. The staff was cool. The beds were comfy.
Negatives:
There were no elevators. The room really needs an upgrade per the walls, the dressers and bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom ceiling. The floor in the room was wet. My “clean” towel smelled like maple syrup.

Front desk staff was always helpful when we asked for help or items that weren't provided by housekeeping.
The hotel is located in a very private and quiet area (former naval base and current naval academy), not much around though. Easy access to the center via car, ride share or. ferry.
Rooms are spacious but worn out. Bathroom rather uninviting with gloomy lights.
Beds were quite comfortable and the TV was big.
Negatives:
For the size of the room the furniture was too basic. Why you don't put a table and at least two chairs when you have a kitchen. The kitchen was dirty and in a rickety state. Malfunctioning fridge (leaking freezer). No utensils, two plates and dirty cups. No pans or.pots for the stove.
Housekeeping didn't come. Cleanliness upon arrival was only surface cleaned (hairs on the bathroom wall, toilet seat, hair between beds and nightstand) - better not walking around with bare feet.
