Positives:
The front desk staff was more friendly upon return from our cruise . She was helpful, professional and polite when engaged in conversation. Not the case on the 17th for some family members. The shuttle driver has a great welcoming personality. Lotion and shower gel fragrance smelled good. Good counter space and height of sink. Got water awesome. Shower water pressure was adequate.

We liked nothing about the hotel or the neighborhood.

Breakfast was one roll. We had to put our chairs around the tabel. They are folding chairs that were leaning against a wall. This hotel was not the hotel that we booked.. A loud argument started outside of our room at 2:00 am. We ate at a nearby restaurant. As we were being served a drug addict who overdosed was arrested in the restaurant. A bad neighborhood.

The property was close to where we needed, comfortable bed, the breakfast was good, the hotel was quiet.
Negatives:
Wish it would be closer to some actual restaurants, I believe that the room may just be a little overpriced. Some of the floating shelves were falling down, the tub was dingy; I just don’t believe that the room with mandatory paid valet was over $300 for one night.
