the hotel is a little run down, and there is a section that seems to be under renovation. our room had poor isolation so we could hear anything from a regular conversation of people next door to people talking in the hallways, keeping us up all night on the first night of our stay. at breakfast there was a really poor selection of food, and the dining hall was swarming with people, with not nearly enough room for everyone, so we decided to skip it alltogether.

We were told that the room would only be serviced every other day. However, it was not. We had to call for towels, to have the garbage removed etc. I requested a roll out bed and was not told that I would have to pay $25 per night for it. I was just given the bill at check-out. I could have bought that bed for the $200.00 that I had to pay for it.
