The property was in a great location, though it is on canal the noise while trying to sleep wasn’t bad.
Negatives:
For starters the pictures online are not of this hotel. Front desk/lobby is not the same pictured. The shower was also not as nice. Our room was set on 65 yet never went under 73 and it’s hot. We got to use the elevator 2-3 times other than that it did not work. Do not stay here if you have handicap disabilities and can not use stairs.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was reasonably sized.
The reception and security staff were very nice.

Would have liked to have more variety at breakfast and proper espresso coffee.
A few dodgy characters close to the hotel, which did not make it very comfortable to walk to and from the hotel.

Elevator was broken and we was on the 12th floor that explains it all right there. There was a service elevator but we could call to get someone to get us on it and when the elevator was fixed it broke again. Some staff was great others need some better customer service.

The room itself was nicely sized with a big comfortable bed in it!

The bed was comfortable, loved the shower. The staff was great and location was good.

Elevator was be out of service about 5 times in our two night stay so it wasn’t pleasant having to walk up the many flights of stairs to get to the 9th floor. The air conditioner took 24 hours to cool the room down, first night was awfully uncomfortable trying to sleep. No parking offered. Paid Parking garage located beside the hotel it was cheaper for us to Uber than pay each time we left the garage.

Positives:
It was well situated very close to a streetcar stop. Breakfast was adequate something for everyone. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Bathroom was very small with no bench space at all. The shower gel container was broken and unusable.
The lift was never working at busy time so a few trips down the stairs. (One lift was out of service the whole time we were there.) paid parking close at $20 for 24 hours but from what we saw very little street parking anywhere so ok under the circumstances.
