Negatives: The room was close to the elevator, which was noisy and kept interrupting our sleep. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was very hard to shut off and light in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off.

Positives: Services are awful. No computer, no change, breakfast was substandard and the front office people stay on the phone while customers wait. Been a Hilton Diamond member since 1989 and never experience such poor service. Will NOT stay in that property again
