Christopher's wife, Debbie, is writing this review....The room was very nice and we loved the view. The welcome with my name on the TV was sweet. I VERY much appreciate that you provide a safe place for smokers to go. Many do not we will be back for that reason.
Negatives:
Your check in process is on of the most painful we've seen. We have stayed with you twice recently and both times there were issues with check in and it took a ridicules amount of time. And you always have just one guy at the counter.
The other thing is something that is notorious with hotels....the lighting in the bathroom is ALWAYS too low. There is no way a lady can apply make up in that lighting. Fortunately I could get ready in the big window.
