The room is very spacious and offers two decent size beds. The bathroom is fully equipped, but everything might need an upgrade or some maintenance.
Negatives:
The main issue with this hotel is the location. Not so the neighbourhood (that is fine), but it is located next to the RTA (tram) that runs 24/7 and makes so much noise and makes the room vibrate (3rd floor) that it is impossible to sleep.
