The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Location is erfect for visiting the French Quarter as well as downtown.

The breakfasts were terrible!! Cheap, cold food. Stock was not replenished in a timely fashion. The coffee was very weak.... hot water.

everything about the property and my stay was amazing. concierge Dave, Glenn, and Jessica were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what NOLA has to offer. I appreciate the front desk staff such as Rickie and Destiny who treat me like family. The gym was so clean you can eat off the floor. I appreciate the breakfast set where they had a crew to serve the breakfast who were clean and smiled every morning, what a great way to start the day. There was one severer at the breakfast who seemed like she was in a bad mood every time iI saw her (short, mature, plus size, and spoke Spanish). She seemed as if she was stuck doing a shift she did not want. She did not give me and trouble nor was she rude but her attitude needs to be adjusted. To look mean first thing in the morning and not seem welcoming is not how people should be greeted. Everyone else said good morning and smile especially the young women who wore a ponytail and spoke Spanish. She was very welcoming. Nonetheless I had an amazing week this hotel.
