Bad
Positives:
The location was perfect. Close enough to walk where the action is and far enough to get a good night sleep. I stayed on the 2nd floor with direct access to the courtyard which was quaint and quiet. The restaurant food was great. The Beignets were the best. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was there with family for 6 nights, we did not regret a moment of it.
Negatives:
The coffee should have stayed out until 12 PM for the late risers. I did not prefer going outdoors to get to my room; however, I made it worthwhile many times by taking the scenic route thru the courtyard.

Positives:
Really great location just off bourbon street which allowed us to get around to most places on foot. The staff were really kind and helpful and often went above and beyond their normal service. They also recommended good restaurants to go to in the area and provided some cost saving on tours. Overall a great place to stay and if I were to come back to New Orleans I would stay here again.
Negatives:
The hotel bar although good selection of drinks, the foot wasn’t that great, the chicken we ordered came out a bit pink so we asked for this to be cooked again and flavour wasn’t all that. That being said there are so many great restaurants in the area, you’re spoilt for choice.

Exceptional
Positives:
The location is amazing, everything in the French Quarter is walking distance if you’re able bodied. The rooms are super comfy with great air conditioning, and an easy to use coffee machine. The storage in the rooms is great as well.
The pool is small and doesn’t see sun for much of the day, but it was October so the days aren’t long anyway and it was still nice to sit around.
Never saw a child the whole time which is always a bonus when on an adult holiday with friends.
We had a good nights sleep every night with very little noise from the street. However if you choose to leave your window open it can be entertaining.
I would 100% stay here again!
Negatives:
The staff were hit or miss, some were amazing and some were visibly annoyed when we needed help with something.
Some of them don’t seem very well trained when it comes to the destination fee. They told us we would need to pay it on top of our bill at checkout but when i checked it was part of the booking price.
At one point I asked for a print out of charges to my room and was just told the info and only half of it.
Other than those issues the staff were great, especially the restaurant staff.

Positives:
Staff was welcoming and nice. Bed was great and room was nicely furnished
Negatives:
We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. It was only cleaned twice across 8 days we stayed there. It was poorly cleaned, they didn't empty the trash or wiped the surfaces, only made the bed.
They took a towel and didn't replace it. Didn't add toilet paper while it was clear we were running out. We had to ask to get some more.
They tried to make us pay for internet at the end of our stay while it had been very clear from the beginning that it was included in our destination fee.
