Just fabulous! The elegant, yet cozy, historical atmosphere is sheer perfection. Last stay, Larry, Brett, Carla were so kind. Again, Larry and Brett were amazing. Trey, Kim and Nomakio were new wonder workers. Wayne was doing amazing decorations and loved on my big puppy. I felt loved and welcomed. The room was beautiful, great comfy bed, great pillows. Clean and bright. Paradise. Wish I could live there. Thank you all at the exquisite St. Pierre Hotel New Orleans!⚜️⚡️

Safe, convenient location and beautiful
Positives:
This is our second stay at Hotel St.Pierre and we’ll gladly stay there again. The location is perfect for us; in the French Quarter the center of all we want to enjoy, two blocks from Bourbon Street yet it’s unbelievably nice and quiet, very comfortable and walkable area, one block from the bus/cable car stop, nearby market, coffee shop, breakfast and festivities.
The hotel itself is so very historic yet updated nicely. Two pools, very clean and comfortable rooms, multiple little court yards, coffee in the am and friendly professional staff complete the package. Hope to see you there!

Negatives:
We stayed for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned. We had to ask 4 times for clean towels. We only got a change once. The room was badly lit and the bathroom was terrible. The shower was so small and the water was either too hot or cold. There was no shower gel provided. The WiFi connection was terrible, (never worked) resulting in us having to buy data roaming to look up directions to places we wanted to visit.

The location was convenient to talk to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly. Room was cleaned daily with new towels. And it was just so cute.
Negatives:
We stayed in room 203, right off the road and are very light sleepers. you hear everything going on outside. But we kept the volume on the tv up a little bit to drown out the noise and slept fine. This is not going to prevent us from booking again when we come back. I am even going to request the same room if it is available.

No lights in the bathroom, when front desk personnel was notified about it they refused to help, and got extremely irritated. Door to room was almost impossible to lock. Then they made up a story and called the police on us. Absolute nightmare of a hotel.
