The pictures online are deceiving for this hotel! The lobby is beautiful BUT THATS IT!!! EXPECT POOR QUALITY AFTER THAT!!!

I couldn't close the bathroom door it was no latch, it keep swinging back open, the beds had all type of stains and smears on the headboard, and the double beds were fully not queens, room smelled like mildew!!! I had to wipe down everything and use a whole can of disinfectant for this one room HORRIBLE!!!

The location was great! It smelled very good every time we came in the lobby. Front desk guy was friendly and helpful. We were in walking distance from bourbon st that was a big plus for us.
Negatives:
No microwave in the room.
Had to go to the 1st floor to heat food up.

The staff did not address my concerns at all. During my stay someone broke into my room while I was in the bathroom. They tried to come in while I was in my towel. I also had some or my belongings stolen.

The first room we had the shower didn't work. It only had one end table by the bed and one remote control. The other room, the faucet on the sink, was loosened, and the knob on the tub was also loose.It didn't have an iron board,coffee machine, or microwave. The cable and the water pressure sucks.
