I enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Place for my conference. The staff was super friendly, welcoming me when I returned back to the hotel and acknowledging me with a "good morning" to start my day. The breakfast was delicious! I also appreciated the location, it was an easy walk to the French Quarter and the river walk and accessible to ride sharing. Finally, I am one who loves to sleep in a quiet dark space. My room was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I will stay here again!

Nothing worked in the room- dirty- safe broken- shower drain clogged- all light switches with finger prints and dirty- thick dust all over- tired furniture- towels with holes- mosty smell room
Needed key to take elevators- it needed to be changed daily as “it expired”.
