Prperty was very clean and nice. WAS EASY TO USE VALET TO PARK CAR. WAS EASY TO GET AROUND FROM THIS LOCATION.

UNFORTUNATLY I HAD ISSUES WITH SERVICE FROM SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS. CHECK IN WAS DIFFICULT WHEN THEY COULDNT FIND RESERVATION. MAKING IT SEEEM LIKE I MESSED UP AND KEPT ASKING IF UNDER A DIFFRENT NAME. EVEN THOUGH IM SHWING HER MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. EVENTUALLY FOUND.
NIGHT BARTENDER DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME WHE I STEPPED UP TO BAR WANTING TO ORDER A TO GO DRINK BEFORRE UBER WAS ARRIVING.
HAD A FLOOR SECURITY GUARD THAT I FELT HARRASSED BY. i WAS TRAVELING JUST MYSELF AND MY GIRLFRIEND. aRRIVED AT 830 AND HAD GONE TO A NICE DINNER BEFORE GOING BACK TO HOTEL TO ENJOY ARE LARGE CORNER SUITE. AND JUST FELT SECURITY GUARD MADE UNNESSARRY COMENTS TO ME AND GIRLFRIEND WHILE WERE WALKING DOWN HAQLL AFTER ROOM
BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, TOO SOFT AND WAS MADE WORSE BY HOW AWFUL THE PILLOWS WERE.
AND ALSO WAS STARTLED AT 530 AM WITH A LOUD VOICE COMING OUT OF SPEAKE IN WALL LETTING THE ENTIRE 9TH FLOR KNOW THAT A SMOKE ALARM HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH AND THE FLOOR MAY HAVE TO BE ACTIVATED. FOLLOWED UP 14 MINUTES LATER WITHA NOTHER LOUD MESSAGE LETTING US KNOW SOMEONE FDIXED THE TAMPERED ALARM AND ALL WAS GOOD
OVERALL, JUST A LOT OF LITTLE THINGS I FEEL LIKE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH MY EXPERIENCE WHEN PAYING OVER $500 FOR THE NIGHT.
I DEF. WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE HOTEL I KNOW i CAN ALWAYS DEPEND ON, THE Eliza Jane.
