We had to wait for the room for 2 hours when we arrived at 8pm. When room was ready no one told us, we had to chase ourselves. Hotel is dated in general. Breakfast is expensive - better go out to other nearby locations, there is a huge selection. Extremely rude staff at the bar!

I enjoyed the housekeeping crew members were very nice and respectful. The rooms were nice as well.

I didn’t like that I was pressured to pay for valet the moment I exited my vehicle. I wasn’t given an option to self park the first day of my stay. It wasn’t until I was locked out of my room on day 2, when I was told about self parking. No one at the front counter took accountability for not explaining things properly. I feel that me and my friends were profiled by Mr. David (valet), the Hispanic male that worked the night of my stay on the first and second night allowed me to pay for my room in cash, once he received the payment he gave me my keys. I then asked him was there anything I needed to know about the hotel and he said, “Oh yea! Let me give you this ( a sheet that included the WiFi code and a menu for room service).” That was it. He didn’t even tell me about the self parking until the second day, which is when I met Josie and he came out as well, when I requested to speak to a manager. I explained how nothing was explained properly and that I was upset because a friend urinated on herself whole trying to get in the room. If we weren’t locked out, she would’ve made it to the restroom. We traveled to New Orleans to have a good time. I am a Veteran and came to celebrate with friends who trusted me to choose the hotel for us to be comfortable in New Orleans. I am embarrassed of the treatment we received. That was my first experience of being profiled, and treated as if I didn’t pay money to stay in your hotel like everyone else.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, the bed & pillows weren’t comfortable, no waters in room, noisy(could hear room doors slam), iron & ironing board weren’t good. The hotel needs to be renovated.
