The room was clean and the water station in the lobby was nice to have available. The beds were also very comfy!

Our room was right by the elevator and we could hear it move. We had to turn on some white noise on a phone app so we could sleep through the noise.

Nothing per se about the hotel exactly. I would just say that theres no grassy area if you bring your pets to let them use the restroom. Although the hotel is very dog friendly

Still awaiting a refund of the deposit more than a week after I checked out!!! Didn't respond to an email prior to the stay so am not confident that they are now going to respond when I email them. Please can I have my money back!!!

The staff is simply wonderful, the rooms are clean, great location, love the 24 hr tea/coffee station. This is definitely my go to hotel when staying in NOLA.
