The person that checked me in he was great - he accommodated me well - I asked if I can have a late check out and he said yes that it would be no problem but to ask the morning shift clerk - I did wake up and I did ask the morning staff clerk but she was not able to let me have a late check out - I informed her the the night clerk said it wouldn’t be a problem but she had a problem with me asking and did not accommodate - so yeah

Several of the outlets in the room didn't work so I had to move the plugs for the appliances to get them working. This included the fridge which wasn't running when I checked in. I had to move a big piece of furniture to correct this.

The air conditioning doesn’t work right in 1004 , the tables and dressers were all scratched up and both headboards were all stained up as if soda or something was splashed on them and never cleaned off. Housekeeping wasn’t friendly at all. You had to ask them two or three times for them to respond and the front desk the manager, the guy he’s gonna bring that business all the way down he has an attitude out of this world. I mean he would take it from 100 to 300 just like that.

Me and my sister love Debbie the bartender she is awesome awesome She helped us find restaurants Anything we needed put it this way if it wasn’t for her I think I wouldn’t have had a good time. She was funny. She made us laugh. Please never let Debbie go. She is awesome. And the other person we want to say thank you too was Kaitlyn The receptionist helped us a lot very nice pleasant to work with. Was there in the morning and every night for us.thank you so much and again we love Debbie.!!!!!!!!! again, I tell you she was the best she worked from 3 to 11 and I swear I was waiting for her. Awesome awesome awesome

Central to everything and staff are helpful and friendly, beds were super soft and comfortable, shower was hot, toiletries supplied, fridge was not working but ice is available, free breakfast daily

Room was not 100% clean floors needed a good clean, fridge was noisy and didn't work, no shower curtain so floor is saturated in bathroom and toilet is low to the ground
