Staff was lazy, they sit on phones talking watching me at checked out desk for 5 minutes at least upon checking in, the room I had never got cleaned properly it has a dirty plate in the refrigerator still, parking was full for hotel an valet but they never told anyone until they done charged card that you still had to go find an pay for your own parking.
