AC didn't work and had to call someone to come fix it. Same thing with the toilet, they had to send someone to come fix it because it wouldn't flush. They never came and gave us fresh towels or made our beds.

They need to include you have to give such a huge deposit….it is not listed…big headache so they hold your money for 3-4 days which is insane, I only stayed a half of day or less I will not be returning to pay for another stay and won’t recommend to my family coming in town … List the deposit price also

we came in for a concert and it was perfect for location to bourbon and the french quarter. Parking was amazing as well especially the self parking. the staff was friendly and helpful if we needed anything as well as explaining everything.
Negatives:
the toilet did not flush we had to mess with the handle to make it flush. there were stains on the carpet and the hotel itself was very hot. The line was long when checking in as there was only one person there to check visitors in.
