I made a reservation at this hotel in July 2024 through Booking.com for my stay in August 2024. When I made the reservation in July, I paid the full amount in advance. After I checked out from the hotel, I was surprised that the hotel charged me again for my stay. For the past two months, I tried several times to call the hotel to find someone to solve this. They keep transferring me from one person to another telling me it's not their department's responsibility. I communicated with Booking. com who told me the hotel should not have charged me again because I paid in full. They connected the hotel to this to send a refund, but, I still did not get my refund. Both parties got copies of my financial statement showing the double charge and still, I did not get my refund. I have been traveling the world all my life and this is my worst hotel/customer support experience. This hotel is a NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Location was great and the room was clean.
Negatives:
They have parking for the hotel but when I went to check in, the garage was full. It was the weekend of a Saints home game and the receptionist said they let people who aren't staying there, park there. I was very unhappy about that and had to park my car in a random parking area not affiliated with the hotel.

Quick stay waiting on cruise

Everything was clean and short distance to things

They don’t tell you there’s a 250 deposit, getting in the building is ridiculous. They’ll have the whole driveway full with parked cars so you have no way to unload your luggage for hours. Went to check out and was told they couldn’t give me a print out of my stay and charges. Still don’t have my deposit back. They make you pay a $25 fee per person for what I’m still not sure

It is literally walking distance to every thing! Stores stay open 24hr around the facility!
Negatives:
They lied about the no deposit! You have to pay a $250 deposit, and after paying for the room upon arrival, when I checked out I was charged again! Parking is super tight!! Valet whips tf out of your car so just be watchful and self park! If you have a party more than 2 people. Be mindful that you won’t get clean towel unless you request it! Rooms were clean and beds were soft! Elevators are slow and it’s about 15 floors or so and only two elevators!
