The night manager was amazing; he helped with anything we needed. My friend called him Chico. Let's start there, we had a king suite, I think that's what it is called, the living room, restroom, mini bar area with microwave, the restroom was nice sized, the entire suite was a great size, everything worked, the air took a while to adjust, that's the only downfall

We stayed in room 1109 the fridge leaked on the last day requested a taxi pick up for 5:30am taxi never was called and been to the front desk for 20 mins before the agent came back to the desk and when she did it was no urgency to call the taxi driver in returned we missed our flight and had to repurchase tickets for another flight

Coffee pot need to clean in the water section elevator was filthy the entire night garbage in hallways in the evening it was like no night staff

The rooms need to be updated. Everything is overall clean but when crud starts building up in the corners it’s time to update. The bathroom door you had to put your whole body weight into it to close. We had a sofa bed in a suite for our son and the mattress was so thing it was like sleeping in metal so he ended up just sleeping on the couch and he is a tall boy. The lobby was the only part of the hotel that looked pleasing.
