Positives:
Mr. Tourey, the valet attendee was the first smiling face to great me. I enjoyed talking to him. He made me feel welcomed my entire trip abd made sure my car was taken care of. The breakfast was a perfect ending to our trip. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The Hostess and waiter did an great job attending to my sons and I. The hotel is beautiful. My hotel view was beautiful.
Negatives:
My room was nice, however the closet smelled as if someone had urinated in it. I notified the front desk to come check and clean it but no one ever did. My trip was just an overnight trip to celebrate my son's birthday. So by the time we noticed the smell it was late in the day after we had been out all day.

I arrived at 11pm. Shortly after, I discovered stains in the bed sheets and comforter. The staff wasn’t super empathetic of the situation especially it being midnight. Eventually I was moved to a less nicer room at 1am. I would have been understanding if there was some empathy. Really sad.
