Positives:
Really a nice hotel very elegant..evening staff, bellhop and valet extremely professional and attentive.
Negatives:
We arrived early due to coming off a cruise.I already knew we were early for check-in but just wanted to leave our luggage to grab some food and kill time till 4pm check-in,lady at the reception was very rude,no greetings and room wasn't cleaned properly.
