Negatives: Got a new system and it took over 25 mins to get us checked in because of card system BUT don’t accept cash

Negatives: Dirty room and bathroom

Negatives: Room had cockroaches. Went I advised the desk lady just shruggled like its expected. Images look like nice old home, its not, its far out and rooms are a complex at back, and dirty.

Negatives: Old facilities. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work. All of the luggage carts were broken in one form or another.

Negatives: Staff was rude and not helpful Room was out dated, missing shower door, chair , sink was stopped up , faucet on tub was not mounted to wall , crack under the door

Negatives: The first room we were checked into had a window above the door with no covering, so people on the second floor could peer into my room 24/7. I resorted to covering with paper towels and tape. The floorboards were coming off and they tried covering it with a rug, which was old and very dirty. It did not have a remote. The shower is also one of those where it is no full splash guard, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. What really broke our back was the shower would not drain fast enough. The staff did not seem to believe me and when one of them came to check, he ran the tap for 5 seconds, then went back to the manager and told her he "fixed" it, despite doing literally nothing. Eventually, we had to have the manager just see for herself and only then did she let us switch rooms. There was another staff person (I believe a maintenance worker) who, twice, kept knocking on my door despite the do-not-disturb. The second time, he tried to open the door without my permission and was only stopped by the door swing guard. The location is nice, but I would recommend you find another property, especially given the price.

Negatives: Too many cats

Negatives: Price for one night was a bit high, when the set up is basically like a motel.

Negatives: My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. It felt like a complete scam, and I strongly advise against staying there, even if it's for your worst enemy. During our stay, we encountered a cockroach in the room, and when we requested a room change, the manager at the reception refused, citing a lack of available rooms. Instead, they suggested we find accommodation elsewhere and assured us of a refund for the night. However, they failed to uphold their promise, leaving us to foot the bill for both the subpar room infested with cockroaches and the alternative accommodation we had to seek due to their broken commitments.
