We booked room on booking.com for a 4:00pm check in. We paid online. We paid for a king-size bed with disability/handicap shower on first floor because they have no elevator and I am in wheelchair. When we arrived they tried to put us in regular room on 2nd floor. When we showed our booking details and receipt of payment they told us that the room we booked wasn't available and tried to make us pay $20 more for a double room. When we complained that we booked the room that they had on website as available and for a certain price that we would take the other room but not paying more because it was there mishap they refused and we had to leave. But we were unable to rent a room somewhere else because as of yet we have still not been refunded and we had to sleep in our car 20 degrees and freezing. They suck are not professional and do not care about us citizens. The staff and owners act like they barely speak or understand English but they understand it if they want more money or basically kick you out!!!!

The location of this Motel isn't fancy; it's close to the highway, and you won't find a luxurious landscape or green scenery out your window, but it's clean, quiet, and close to all the attractions there! In one word, "affordable"!

The staff was super nice. It was very clean.

The water temp handle was messed up so you couldn't get a mid temp shower. Burning hot or tepid. The ac quit working twice. They did not have extra pillows. The fridge did not work and made a clicking noise all night.
