Overall the stay was good. Just no breakfast

The staff didn't want to do competitive price rates with other motel 6 in surrounding area's knowing that we have other motel 6 in New orkeans but in Metairie, LA... I was over charged after my first day and I was told by the manager that I can get the same rate the next day.
Negatives:
Roaches, odor in a back hallway by my room, no free breakfast, no security guards, plus the gate doesn't lock and it's a dangerous property.

I will never go there again.The rooms are over rate and has Roaches.

I didn't appreciate walking outside and seeing fleet of half naked women working the streets. Lucky I wasn't with any kids.
