No small wash towels were available, ask for an extra blanket and was give a blanket with a large hole in it, batteries in remote were dead had to wait in a long line at the counter to get more batteries. Paid for valet parking and still had to park a long distance from the facility the people at front desk said they will find your car sometime tonight and park it in the garage.

I’m a marriot bonvoy member because of how frequently I stay at the Moxy. For the price, location, and flexibility for when I usually check in VERY late.
Negatives:
This stay was so bad I honestly won’t be back. I usually alternate between the Moxy, and the canopy. Moxy always gets chosen for the value is always cheaper on rates. My last stay was honestly my worst experience, nothing major. Just things I consider important to pay attention to.
My room wasn’t the room I paid for, I paid for 2 Kings & they put my coworker in the king room and put me in a queen room. I called front desk to issue my concern & she didn’t want to admit she was wrong but instead tried to gaslight me into thinking my QUEEN room was a “type” of KING room. I later on confirmed this information with another front desk worker that my room was in fact a queen.
Then, my toilet stops flushing efficiently. I noticed it sounding weak the first couple of times I used it once checking in. Once I came back into the room, I wasn’t feeling good, so I was in the bathroom for an extensive amount of time. Only to notice, the toilet wasn’t flushing at all but instead flooding. Attempted to call over 5 times throughout the night and the next morning. And even the same night I physically went downstairs to address the issue, the worker said he’d be up in 20 mins…he never came. Next morning came around & my wife had to go downstairs to let a new staff member know and finally after several attempts someone came up to our room about 4 hours before we checked out & fixed it.
