Positives:
Our room was nice and clean! They refreshed our towels and made our bed daily which was nice! Staff were great and accommodating! It was very nice to have a hand held steamer in our room and ironing room as our clothes became a little wrinkled. We were in town for a wedding so they came in handy! Would stay here again.
Negatives:
The shampoo attached to the wall was so old it had separated and didn’t even lather. They did not provide a bar of soap which would have been nice. you can tell they sweep the floors but do not mop as my feet would be dirty walking around just out of the shower. I wish there had been a closet or small chest of drawers to hang/put away clothing instead of leaving it in the suit case the entire trip.

I was charged an extra $25 fee and I’m not sure why. I called the Hotel and inquired about this and was told I would get refunded.
No refund I had to call my bank to refund me, I hate booking hotels because of this specifically. I’m always carful to double check
