Everything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24

Explaining gift cards and discounts offered to guest in detail. Expresso Martini was awful.

The hotel was in a perfect location, very clean, and welcoming. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
There was a $156.00 non-refundable holding fee that could not be explained. The clerk gave me no option to refuse the fee. Had I known this; I would have booked at a hotel closer to the venue and paid the difference.

Perfect location. Very clean. Daily room service for a multiple night stay has almost become a thing of the past, not here. Thats appreciated. Overnight parking is on site, a plus for me. Felt safe at all times. Loved our experience!
Negatives:
There is a nightly fee, which is fine because they give you that money to spend on property. The issue is the taxation on this. We are taxed once for the fee and again on the purchases. Maybe this is required, but it would be nice to avoid.

My room was right next to housekeeping and when housekeeping was working it constantly sounded like a freight train or jack hammer was right next outside my room because of the carts. Not the housekeeping fault but the room should have soundproofing.
Positives:
The room was decent, location was okay thankfully you cant hear all the partying on the town. Room was clean, TV was good size and the bed was definitely comfortable. The hotel/facility itself was amazing.

The room could have been bigger for the price, but everything else was great.
