Location was perfect as we had a wedding at the Pharmacy Museum.
Valets were extremely helpful as we had to unload and load wedding supplies and they were extremely accommodating!
Negatives:
Entrance from garage to hotel needs upgraded; had a smell probably from the old carpet.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Old, but well maintained. One complaint I have is dirty carpet in the room. I understand it’s NOLA but for the price and the image you are trying to sell, clean those carpets!
Negatives:
Breakfast. Very limited, only 4-5 items on the menu, all expensive. We waited forever for it and even then a very simple adjustment was not followed. We asked for a sauce on a side and cook poured it over, ruined the whole dish. Breakfast is bad, go somewhere else.

We came for one night to go to the Sugar Bowl and did not get to check in until 5:15pm, due to our room not being ready until 5:15pm. In my opinion, this was totally unacceptable since check in is at 4pm. We did not get compensated for the inconvenience or anything!
