Rented an apartment and it had no stove, no forks,no spoons. Limited kitchen essentials, No coffee pot, 800 knives(I exaggerate a bit). Bathroom had 4 body lotion and nothing else. The comparison would be camping with a comfortable bed. Paper thin walls

Location is really great for concert goers. Definitely a cute atmosphere in the communal spaces.
Negatives:
Some maintenance & cleaning issues. Discovered the ice machine was kind of gross, seems like it had not been cleaned. Some staff were really friendly other staff were indifferent.

Boutique style. Liked combo of inside and outside areas within hotel.

Weak water pressure in shower and took awhile for hot water. No microwave. Did have mini-fridge.
