The only good thing going for this hotel is that it is located on Canal Street just two blocks away from Bourbon Street.
Negatives:
Parking situation is miserable. It is not free. Parts of hotel appear abandoned. Got roughly 5 minutes of hot water per day. Room key stopped working multiple times. Small room. View from room window was a wall and part of the roof. Internet is not free.
