Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

This hotel was in a great location we were able to walk every where we wanted to go, room was very spacious looked like a one bedroom apartment. During our stay we encountered 3 great employees the guys who worked the breakfast area were great they always went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed. The first shift manager or supervisor not sure who he was but he was great he gave us great suggestions on what to do in the area and had great funny conversations with us every morning when we came for breakfast (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names)
Negatives:
There was a dead cockroach in the kitchen on the floor when we checked in, no trash cans in the room except for the small one in the bathroom and the bags were hanging on the side of it not in the can, we were there for 3 days not once did we receive housekeeping service or even a knock at the door to see if we needed anything. Pillows are horrible your head flattens them right out and pillowcases didn’t appear clean. Housekeeping staff was extremely rude they see you in the hallway and never speak back. We saw an employee on the outside of the building smoking weed. The hallways were extremely dirty carpets weren’t vacuum at all and they looked like that the entire stay.

Me and a friend arrived around 2:45am. We were nearly denied our room because of a miscommunication between staff and manager. I only wanted to check in for the night and leave in the daylight. I’m not sure how that got translated to adding another night to our stay.. My friend and I were held up for an hour and a half before we got our room… which only had one bed instead of 2 that I paid for. Went to bed at 4am… and the only courtesy option they had for this inconvenience was to extend our check out time by one hour. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. The manager did apologize over the phone, but the employee who caused all this havoc wasn’t remorseful in the slightest. No apology.. Still giving other guests trouble.. and had a snobby attitude.

Double charge on the «security hold», which was 200$ extra that i did not have to spend. Fridge started making loud noises in the middle of the night. Sofa bed was super uncomfortable and Not clean, dirty underwear was found behind the couch.
