YES! - THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 ROOM SECURITY HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH THEY ADVISED WOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY CARD WHEN I CHECKED OUT. I CHECKED OUT 3 DAYS AGO AND THEY ARE STILL HOLDING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. ALL I DID WAS SLEEP AND SHOWER

Location. Hint: there is a parking garage and lot directly next door for only $20/day. Convenient and cheaper than hotel valet at $50. Walking distance to the French Quarter. Hotel secure had to use room key for entry and elevator. Quiet/bright room

I was unaware all rooms are extended stay with a complete kitchen next to your bed Would rather have a chair or couch to sit on. It was ok but not my first choice. My husband killed a large roach he thinks came from under the gap in door.

A roach was in the 1st room. Man from the front desk came and killed the roach. I was moved to a suite. Elevator in the parking garage was broken. Had to walk down 5 levels to get to front desk, which was difficult as an amputee with a prosthetic leg.
