Breakfast was very low in quality. Moreover, everything finishes very fast and the staff clearly says no more of items will be provided and it is finished. They clearly lack planning, most probably intentionally.
Negatives:
By mistake I booked one king bed, instead of two queen beds. When I asked if they can change it, they asked for $100 per night extra, which doubled our cost. So I declined. But, they didn't even provide me with a bunk bed at least.
Also parking is crazy expensive. I paid nightly $30 for a parking that smells urine.
Also breakfast is low in quality and in quantity. You need to be first in line, otherwise chances are high if you show up in the second half of breakfast time, you end up only having one or two items.

The staff is wonderful always when I come to stay and the highlight of my stay the interaction is wonderful.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I couldn't get the water back on until after 6pm the entire hotel smelled like poop. I ended up buying water to be able to shower and flush the toilet

The hospitality of the staff, also the cleanisness of the room.
The most thing that I was impressed with was the view from the room
to the streets of New Orleans. The Breakfast was awesome also, very
great selection.
Negatives:
The Hotel Parking, I think the hotel should have there own parking
for there customers, because of safety, didn't feel safe walking in dark spooky looking
stairways with my wife. So, that was the only down side, I know the worker said you guys
offer valet parking, but it was $50 compaired to the parking garage $30

Positives:
Excellent location just a few blocks from Canal Street, Bourbon Street, the street cars, and many cafes and shops. The room was much larger than we expected, and the kitchen was well supplied making it convenient to prepare meals in the room. The walls were virtually soundproof and even though we were there for New Year's Eve, we heard no noise from either inside or outside the hotel. Breakfast included a variety of food including eggs, cereal, yogurt, potatoes, bread, coffee, etc.
Negatives:
Reception could have been better staffed. There was only one person working the front desk at all times and due to it being New Year's, they were constantly busy and so at times, their exhaustion was visible in the form of impatience.
The king size beds were a treat; however, the mattresses need to be flipped as clearly one side was much higher than the other causing the mattress to slope.
