A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Positives: This property was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent! I will be back!
Negatives: The lobby was a little small so it could get a little congested, but there was plenty of room around the corner in the breakfast lounge area!

Positives: Great location just about a four blocks walk to either the French Quaters or Superdome / Smoothie King. Also trolly system is just one block away with the app Le Pass is just 3 dollars a day for trolly bus ferry all together.

Positives: Love the location, most of the staff and the breakfast!
Negatives: We have stayed at this property at least six years in a row. Usually it is very clean however, this trip the carpeting in both of our King suites were terribly filthy and needed to be shampooed.

Negatives: The bath tub didn’t have a half glass barrier nor a shower curtain to prevent water splashing on the floor. I told 2 different staff on 3 occasions but issue never got resolved during my stay. I had to use a big bath towel to sop up the water dripping down the tub. The bedroom TV remote was also not working, but no one came to fix.

Positives: We had a problem with the room we booked, it wasn’t ready for checking in when we arrived. And the staff upgraded us to a nicer room. We really enjoined facilities and location. Do not take valet parking, there is a parking next door for 30$ par day.

Positives: We liked the location, and the flexible check-in time. Also, it was nice to have a kitchen with equipment. The price is good.
Negatives: The interior is old-fashioned. We couldn't sleep properly before our flight day, cause the fridge was making huge noise the whole night. This is the most important thing to change. It's been more than 2 weeks after the stay, and I still have my deposit money frozen, hopefully, we'll find a solution:)

Positives: The room, fantastic, once I was done arguing with the hotel manager about overbooking the room on purpose so occupancy stays at a maximum. This is a joke, he admitted to this standard and said he had turned MULTIPLE families away throughout the day. I had prepaid $2,000 a week ahead of time. The only reason I was able to get a room is because the room we stayed in had a small carpet burn which I did not care about. They allowed us to stay in it after looking at the room with the manager. Overall, very comfy and spacious room.
Negatives: The staff, unfriendly, lazy, and defeated looking. We had requested for our rental car to be dropped off prior to a prepaid event we were going to that we had to reschedule because the front desk never called for valet service after hanging up. When we went downstairs, we had to interrupt the front desk lady from setting up her doctor appointment while helping another guest in the middle. She kept telling the guest to hold on while handling personal business first. When we asked where the car was. It was then that she called the valet. We were late because of the poor effort given by the front desk. Last thing I will say, every employee looked sad and miserable. I generally try to be positive when speaking to people. But after some of the dirty looks I would get for simply trying to make small talk with the employees was astounding. When I come back to new Orleans, I will not be staying at the sonesta.
