Negatives: If we had known that there was no parking at the hotel, we would have made other arrangements.

Negatives: I didn't the like the fact I had to go to the front a couple to request to have the room cleaned. I didn't have a ice machine that worked.

Negatives: Not impressed with cleanliness of room floors or overall quality of breakfast food. The staff was however, friendly and tried to be accommodating. Room floors were really dirty and needed mopping, which we requested but was never done. We had to wear socks and flops when we walked on the floors to keep our feet clean. Room refresh was every other day but it was only done once during our 5 night stay. They need to hire more cleaning staff. Our first room smelled like smoke and strong perfume so we requested another room and that one was the same only without the bad smells. The second room we ended up putting up with was right above where they do trash pickup at 2AM. AC was tricky to figure out. We had to adjust the set temp to about 10 degrees colder to make the room cool off enough. The t stat did not read correctly. The K coffee machine was dirty inside so we did not use it.

Negatives: Rooms are large but feel a bit spare. Utilitarian but not cozy if that is important to you. Location is a bit removed from the action of the French Quarter so Uber or taxi trips are more likely particularly for those not up to walking a half mile or so though an area with a few street people and other characters. We did walk mostly and had no problems. There are no corner or grocery stores nearby. Street cars go by and are fun to take but not very quick method for getting anywhere.

Negatives: They over booked us and had to move hotels late at night
