The location 1st & foremost-right off the Streetcar so convenient... Beautiful lobby & Bar lounge- staff and ck in was easy - although we were moved to the 'other' side, as so no sofa sleeper. Rm was good tho -prefer sofa to sit on- Breakfast good!

The staff was nice and friendly and willing to help with any needs I needed from the valet parking guy warning about the parking and give the information about correct parking to the night shift guy I believe his name was Mike go over thr top with explaining every to the very nice lady when we checked out over extended her help with anything inside and outside of the hotel..... the stay was wonderful. I would book again.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the location was close to bourdon st. We used the street car to travel down to bourdon

The first room was not clean properly. The refrigerator was leaking water in the room on the floor, bed had make up residue on the sheets, and the floors turned my white socks BLACK!
