The staff was nice and friendly and willing to help with any needs I needed from the valet parking guy warning about the parking and give the information about correct parking to the night shift guy I believe his name was Mike go over thr top with explaining every to the very nice lady when we checked out over extended her help with anything inside and outside of the hotel..... the stay was wonderful. I would book again.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the location was close to bourdon st. We used the street car to travel down to bourdon

The first room was not clean properly. The refrigerator was leaking water in the room on the floor, bed had make up residue on the sheets, and the floors turned my white socks BLACK!

I liked the location; I loved your roof top bar wish they had snacks to purchase up there. The breakfast choices were very good.
Negatives:
The air conditioning vent aims at the desk between the bed and the sofa so one side of the room was very cold while the other side was warm. I would have liked if the room had a small night light as when the lights were out it was pitch dark.
