Positives:
The hotel was wonderful. Parking was a huge plus and I loved that I could bring my large breed dog for a small fee. Everything was clean and the concierge was super friendly. The front desk sells snacks and wine which was so nice after a 12 hour drive! There is an attached restaurant which we didn't try but looked pretty busy.
A wonderful hotel if you are traveling with a pet. Romantic still even if you aren't.

It’s our go-to for New Orleans— classic garden district spot, easy in and out, walking distance to great restaurants, comfy but not overstated, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Totally the laid-back, character-rich New Orleans vibe and we love it!

The shower wouldn't get warm, the dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, you can't open the windows, and the toilet clogged incessantly.

This was our fifth stay here—we love it. Right on the St. Charles trolley line, with all of the Garden District within a lovely walking distance. The Inn has a comfy lounge and a fantastic patio—soak up the N’Awlins flavor! The Superior Grill is great to have next door—we always eat there at least once a—and the Inn’s staff are so friendly & professional.
