The location is wonderful. It's a very quiet and quaint hotel. There's a lovely patio to eat breakfast on . We were lucky enough to get a corner room with two big windows.

Beautiful historic lodging in a perfect location. Beds were super comfortable.
Negatives:
Like many older buildings, there were some minor spots needing paint, lock for our room didn't close (door out of alignment). Breakfast choices were pretty bad... we skipped it.

Comfy and Convenient
Positives:
Hotel was clean and tidy and in a great position. The trolley stops more or less right outside. We had "hop on hop off" bus tickets and the nearest stop (14) was just 3 blocks away which is also ideal. Area is safe which is also a bonus. Decent Mexican restaurant right next door. I read some previous reviews where people have been complaining about breakfast....ignore them!

Toilets can block easily with just paper? Multi flushing instead of a "job lot" will get you around this problem
