• Good location: although not right in the city center, it is only 2–3 blocks away from main attractions.
• The slightly removed location is a plus, as the area is quieter and has less noise.
• Comfortable and pleasant hotel.
• Fair price for the quality offered.

Positives:
To get to room, you had to go up 5 stairs in hall which meant you had to carry your luggage from cart approximately 40 feet.
The room was comfortable but e re an out if soap and had to use shampoo to wash the last night.
Negatives:
Motel does not provide ice buckets. Went to front desk and asked for ice in which staff replied they would bring it to room.
They never showed up with ice.

I have always liked the location. We have stayed here in the past multiple times.
Negatives:
Very short staffed. But also we were charged 500.00 a week after stay with no notice telling us that it was a smoking charge. We do not smoke. Management claims the “sensor” in the room registered this. They wouldn’t discuss the fact that we do not smoke only said it sensed smoke on check out day @ 8:41 am. Going forward I will check with every hotel we stay with as I am reading how inaccurate these things are. Our door was very close to 2 other doors as we were in a small alcove foyer. area. Charges should have been reversed as we both could take tests showing no nicotine. Very unhappy with how management only cared about the money they took from us and not the fact that their “sensor” was inaccurate. I am making sure that everyone I know understands this can happen so an issue can be made at check in and check out going forward.

Positives:
Friendly staff, free drinks on arrival, cleanliness, large space in the room, and when our fridge wasn’t working they replaced it straight away
Negatives:
On our last day, we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned and we said yes. They did not clean the room, and dumped 8 towels in our room instead which was a tripping hazard for my kids in the bathroom. This was a very poor experience to finish on
